Port Royale

When the march was at its peak, Port Royale was a hub of trade and industry. With the demise, however, came the end of the colonies prosperity. The automated orbital factories remain, but they produce a fraction of their true potential, starved of resources and suffering from decades, if not centuries, of poor maintenance. The Buccaneers, lacking the resources to fully restore the system, maintain it as best they can, though they know that its days are numbered.
