The Vaygr Carrier only carries strike craft, but it carries a lot of them. These are used as deep-strike units, usually appearing in the far reaches of a system, deploying mayhem and chaos against enemy production, then retreating before said hostiles can rally sufficient force. They are unarmed, save a very basic point defense, but make up for it by staying out of range or being sneaky. Sokal's Carriers aren't any visually different from their base, but they tend to be able to fit more craft into their hulls with a revolutionary new storage and docking system.
