However if you’re not at war with anyone your people become unhappy and rebellious, making peacetime a very dangerous thing for your empire as it might tear itself apart. |

However if you’re not at war with anyone your people become unhappy and rebellious, making peacetime a very dangerous thing for your empire as it might tear itself apart. |
