| Perhaps you have adapted to life on starships and have no desire to tread the surface of a planet, or perhaps you are an alien species native to the void of space. Whatever the reason, planets are all hostile to you, and you cannot make use of them. You cannot colonise or attempt to capture any planets, though you can bombard them as normal. | |
