With this tech you gain the ability to produce t versions of any ship you can build (ie CL-3t) this version of the ship costs twice as much as the standard version and yet is twice as effective. NOTE: You may still build standard ships or even research Mass Production and have a fleet with Titanic, standard and Mass production ships.
