Sometimes swift light strikes of the Dagger or the precise swipes from the Sword are insufficient. In those times the sheer blunt cracking power of the Warhammer is called upon. Taking the opposite extreme to the Dagger, the Warhammer is nothing more hen a massive series of armour plating, housing torpedo bays, with an engine strapped to it. A recent revision to the design added a pair of photon accelerator cannons, but these are simply back up weapons, the mains punch is and always has been from the massive payload of highly destructive anti-capital ship torpedoes. Warhammers are mostly piloted by members of the Manii Caste, with some Foundation Caste as Wing Leaders.
